Prayers answered......so far.
Just met with both surgeons and anesthesia doc. She's in recovery. All signs good so far. No surprise she needed some heavy pain meds but that's normal after having this kind of surgery.
Everything went really well. Tumor was larger than expected but came out clean and easy (could still come back but they're pretty confident it will not). The most important thing is  it appears the facial nerve is intact and functional (she smiled for the doctor).
Still a lot to go through and watch for but right now we're looking good (except for the pain). She has maxed out Fentanyl so they may have to go to morphine next (let's hope not).
So right now we're just sitting next to her waiting for her to wake up a little.
